Stables Cottage is situated in the heart of the Pennines, just metres away from the Pennine Way and the Calderdale Way.
Stables Cottage is a beautiful 16th century detached cottage which has undergone total renovation to provide accommodation of the highest standard.

Stables Cottage is available for sole use to non riders or on a per room basis for clients on riding courses.
|

Stables Cottage has four bedrooms. 1 large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and beautiful antique pine furniture including a king sized bed.
The room has also retained exposed beams and stone mullions.

On the same floor is a twin bedded room with en-suite shower and a single bedroom with pine furniture and it also has an en-suite shower room.
Duvets and towels are provided.

Downstairs comprises of 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower room, a large dining hall with dining table and exposed stone walls and mullions.

A shaker style kitchen with cream units and beech worktops.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer , dishwasher and washer drier.
Leading into the lounge from the kitchen is a breakfast bar.

The lounge is tastefully decorated with many of the original features remaining including exposed stone walls and windows.
Comfortable leather sofa’s and reproduction antiques along with the wood burning stove give the room a cosy feel to relax in.
Also in the lounge are a cd/radio and flat screen television and DVD player. A small selection of d.v.d.s and books are available for our guests to enjoy.

The cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating double glazing and fitted carpets.
There is plenty of parking and a private area to the side , which has tables and chairs ideal for sitting out on a warm summers evening.
We do not permit smoking or dogs in the cottage, and it is not suitable for small children.

In addition to the riding centre there are many areas of interest.
National Trust Conservation villages, local Art and Craft centres and beautiful Bronte Country are all but a short drive away.
If cosy country pubs appeal to you. You will be spoilt for choice the nearest being a 10 minute walk away. Most local pubs serve lunches and evening meals.
There is also a selection of good restaurants locally.
Golf, fishing, swimming, mountain biking, walking and skiing at the countries largest man-made slope are available locally.
